More ways to work together.

The right engagement depends on where you are and what you need. Every option starts with a free 30-minute discovery call.

A note on investment:

Pricing is discussed during your discovery call and tailored to the scope and length of your engagement. If you’re in higher education and exploring whether institutional support or professional development funding might apply, I’m happy to talk through those options as well.

01

Executive Coaching

FOR SENIOR LEADERS & DECISION-MAKERS

The higher you go, fewer people will tell you the truth. Executive coaching gives you a confidential space to think clearly, lead deliberately, and navigate the pressures that come with carrying significant responsibility.

What we work on:
  • Strategic decision-making
  • Managing up and across
  • Leading through organizational change
  • Executive presence
  • Sustainable high performance

Typically bi-weekly sessions · 3 or 6-month engagements · Investment discussed during discovery call

02

Leadership Development

FOR MANAGERS, DIRECTORS & EMERGING LEADERS

Leadership isn’t a personality trait — it’s a skill set. Whether you’re building your approach from scratch or recalibrating after a hard season, this track develops the practical tools that make leaders effective over the long run.

What we work on:
  • Building team trust and accountability
  • Navigating conflict
  • Communication and influence
  • Leading people through change
  • Creating systems that don’t depend on you

Typically bi-weekly sessions · 3 or 6-month engagements · Investment discussed during discovery call

03

Personal Coaching

FOR ANYONE NAVIGATING A CAREER OR LIFE TRANSITION

You don’t have to be in a corner office for the work to matter. Personal coaching is for anyone who feels stuck, uncertain, or ready for something different — and needs a thinking partner to help them get there.

What we work on:
  • Career clarity and direction
  • Confidence and self-trust
  • Life transitions
  • Defining what success actually looks like for you
  • Taking the next right step

Typically bi-weekly sessions · 3 or 6-month engagements · Investment discussed during discovery call

04

Group Consulting

FOR TEAMS, DEPARTMENTS & COHORTS

Some of the best leadership development happens in a room with other people doing the same hard work. Group sessions bring together small cohorts to work through shared challenges — with the added benefit of perspective from peers who get it.

Formats available:
  • Workshop sessions
  • Cohort-based programs
  • Team offsites
  • Departmental leadership development

Groups of 4–12 · Custom scheduling available · Investment discussed during discovery call

05

Hourly Consulting

FOR FOCUSED, SINGLE-SESSION WORK

Sometimes you don’t need a full engagement — you need 60 or 90 minutes with someone who can help you think through a specific situation. Hourly consulting is available for one-off strategy sessions, decision support, or a second opinion before a high-stakes moment.

Good for:
  • A difficult personnel decision
  • A career move you’re weighing
  • Preparing for a critical conversation
  • Getting unstuck on one specific thing

Single session or small block · No long-term commitment required · Rate discussed during booking

06

Consulting

FOR INSTITUTIONS, DEPARTMENTS & ORGANIZATIONS

Sometimes you need more than a thinking partner — you need someone who has actually done the work. With 25 years inside complex organizations and 14 years managing teams, budgets, personnel decisions, and institutional change, I bring hard-won operational experience to the consulting work.
This isn’t theoretical. I’ve navigated the things most consultants only read about.

Areas of focus:
Organizational & Leadership Consulting

Helping departments and institutions think through leadership transitions, team dynamics, structural challenges, and the human side of organizational change.

Higher Education Consulting

For colleges, universities, and academic units navigating the specific pressures of higher ed: shared governance, administrative leadership, faculty dynamics, enrollment challenges, and institutional strategy.

Career & Transition Consulting

For professionals and executives who need focused, expert input on a career decision, a leadership challenge, or a high-stakes transition — without a long-term coaching commitment.
Custom scoping available · Remote and on-site options · Investment discussed during initial conversation

A NOTE FOR HIGHER EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS

Many of my clients come from colleges and universities, and I understand the particular constraints of that world — including how professional development funding works (and doesn’t). Coaching engagements can sometimes be supported through faculty development funds, administrative professional development allocations, or departmental budgets. If you’re not sure what options might be available to you, I’m happy to think through that during our discovery call. There’s no obligation, and it costs nothing to ask.

WHAT COACHING IS (AND ISN’T)

Coaching isn’t therapy, and it isn’t consulting. A therapist helps you understand your past. A consultant tells you what to do. A coach helps you think more clearly about your present situation — so you can make better decisions, take deliberate action, and move forward with confidence. I’ll ask hard questions, offer honest perspective, and hold you accountable. What I won’t do is hand you a generic framework and call it a day.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy focuses on healing and understanding the past. Coaching is forward-focused — we start with where you are now and work toward where you want to be. If something deeper comes up that’s better suited to a therapist, I’ll say so.

What’s the difference between coaching and consulting?

A consultant diagnoses a problem and prescribes a solution. A coach helps you develop the clarity and capacity to solve problems yourself — which means the growth sticks long after our work together ends. That said, my background means I’ll share direct perspective when it’s useful. You won’t get vague questions in place of honest feedback.

Is coaching right for me?

If you’re coachable — meaning open to honest feedback, willing to do the work between sessions, and ready to think differently about your situation — then yes, almost certainly. The first conversation is free, and we’ll know pretty quickly if it’s a good fit.

How does pricing work?

Investment is discussed during your discovery call and tailored to the scope and length of your engagement. I don’t post rates publicly because the right engagement looks different for everyone — a first-time manager and a senior executive have different needs, different time horizons, and different definitions of success. The conversation costs nothing.

Not sure which track is right? That’s okay.

Most people aren’t sure. The first conversation is free — 30 minutes to talk through where you are and whether coaching makes sense right now.
